Once your carpet is installed, if you are unsatisfied with it for any reason, Abbey has a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Carpet

To maintain your carpet, vacuum it regularly. For spots and spills, it is best to take care of them immediately. Blot up liquid spills with a white towel and clean the area with the cleaning agent and procedure appropriate for the type of stain. Do not rub, scrub, or use a brush to clean stains. Hardwood

To prevent scratches in your new hardwood floor make sure to sweep your new floor regularly and use mats or rugs. Hardwood floors with a urethane finish should never be waxed. Instead use cleaners that will not leave a film or residue when cleaning your floor. Do not use ammonia cleaners or oil soaps on a wood floor, as they will dull the finish. Laminate

Laminate floors require little maintenance. To help prevent scratches place mats at entryways. For routine cleaning, use a vacuum, dry dust mop, or damp mop if needed. Never use a wet mop, an abrasive cleanser, wax or polish. If there is a liquid spill, you should clean it immediately. Tile/Stone

To protect your tile from wearing, place protective mats or rugs at entryways. Regularly sweep and mop your tile to get rid of dirt and other substances.
